Cultivating his entrepreneurial spirit to the fullest, he founded Asahi Technologies in 2010 to deliver broad-sighted software solutions to businesses across the Tri-State area and beyond.

In his capacity as chief strategist and founder, Vinod has helped with strategy and product development for well over 40 startups, global non-profits, Wall Street investment research firms, and Fortune 500 firms such as Unilever and FedEx.

Technical Project Manager

Monica possesses extensive IT expertise spanning from software development to project management. She possesses a background in both team collaboration and leadership, in addition to working with clients from diverse global cultures, encompassing regions from the Western to the Eastern parts of the world. She brings her global experience to Asahi. Her constant drive and passion for self-improvement enable her to effortlessly embrace and excel in any job she does. Her flexibility and adaptive approach enable Asahi Technologies to turn challenges into opportunities when obstacles are presented.

Chief Solutions Architect

Rahul has a degree in Information Technology and more than a decade of experience working in product development teams at multinational software service organizations like Cognizant. He joined Asahi Technologies in 2017 as a Technical Lead. In that capacity, he applied his technical insights and knowledge to guide his team to success in many software projects. He has since risen to the role of solution architect and works closely with clients on a daily basis, providing excellent guidance and a strong architectural foundation for many of our software solutions.

Vanitha is a seasoned HR Business Partner with a distinguished track record of managing human resources for a high-impact team of 600 IT professionals. Over the course of 8 years, she has honed her skills in talent management, employee engagement, and performance optimization within the rapidly changing IT industry. Adept at aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives, she has is adept at fostering positive workplace cultures and resolving complex HR challenges. Her strong interpersonal and communication skills help create a collaborative and inclusive environment, contributing significantly to overall organizational success.
