a. Software Engineers with ASP.Net, C# and SQL Server 2005 experience.
   * He/she must be capable of handling projects independently or in a      team.
   * He/she should possess the following skills as well:
           *   have sound experience in designing, coding, testing and                   implementing a project in ASP.Net, C#.Net.
           *  have a good Understanding of web-based application design                principles.
           *   have sound knowledge of SDLC procedures
           *   have good experience working with SQL Server 2005
           *   have knowledge of source control products, preferably                Subversion. Knowledge of Ajax for ASP.Net is a plus.

b. Quality Control/Test Engineers with following skills/responsibilities:
   * Interface between the client and the project team for all project-      execution related communication.
   * Testing (unit, integration and system) and Implementation.
   * Requirements Gathering, Understanding requirement documents.
   * Creating & executing Unit test/Integration Test Scripts.
   * Knowledge of tools for source control, preferably Subversion.
   * Responsible for technical reviews (Code, Design Reviews, Test Case      Reviews)
   * Good knowledge of UML

c. Business Analyst with the following skills/responsibilities:
   * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Visio
   * Exposure to the legal/financial domain
   * Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) Model
